BNP's Barking leader appears to live in a home provided by the German embassy a long way from the borough
Bob Bailey, leader of the British National Party on Barking & Dagenham council, gives his main home as an address in the borough.
But he lives with his wife, a German Embassy diplomat – in an embassy-funded home in west London.
Bailey could be in breach of the rules which say that candidates seeking election to a council must live or work in the same borough. Bailey’s house is the registered address for him and two other BNP council candidates.
Bailey recently said he didn’t want “any more black children” in Barking.
