Catering workers on rigs in the North Sea have rejected a pay offer and paid leave proposals.
The Caterers Offshore Trade Association offered the 1,600 RMT and Unite union members a pay rise of 1.95 percent and 21 days’ leave.
Some 71 percent voted against the deal. They will ballot for strikes if they do not receive an improved offer.
