Workers at bathroom company Kohler Mira in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, struck for a second day on Wednesday of last week.
More than 80 workers in the Unite union joined the picket line outside the company. They are angry over a derisory 1.6 percent “pay rise” over 15 months.
The company made £21 million profit last year and can afford more.
The firm employs more than 800 workers in the town. They are set to strike again next Wednesday and on Wednesday 11 August.
