Ford faces legal action on Visteon
The Unite union has launched legal action against Ford company for “misleading” workers over their pension rights.
Ford staff who were transferred to Visteon UK in 2000 lost their jobs and pensions last year when the firm went into administration.
The workers occupied three plants demanding their rights when they lost their jobs.
