Workers at Fox’s biscuits factory in Batley, West Yorkshire, are balloting for industrial action over a 1.5 percent pay offer.
Talks with Fox’s parent company, Northern Foods, have broken down.
Their Bfawu union has accused the directors of doubling their wages in bonuses and parading around in company cars when its members can’t afford to take the bus.
The union wants a 3 percent increase from August to April and a further 3 percent the following year.
