NUT, NASUWT, ATL and Unison union members at Danescourt Primary School in Cardiff struck on Thursday of last week over the suspension of four workers by the school’s headteacher.
The action follows a one-day stoppage back in December over the same issue.
Staff feel let down by the school governors and the local authority as they have failed to reinstate the suspended members of staff.
Parents and pupils supported the strike. A large number of pupils turned up to the picket line with their parents and homemade banners.
