BBC strike vote closes this week
A ballot of thousands of workers at the BBC closes on Thursday this week.
Members of three unions, Bectu, NUJ and Unite
—which together represent almost all BBC workers—have been asked to vote on whether to take industrial action.
The ballot is in response to management’s plans to cut 2,000 jobs and slash budgets.
