Journalists at the Financial Times newspaper have voted by 75.5 percent in favour of strikes, on a 67 percent turnout.
The workers, members of the NUJ union, balloted for action after management offered them a 2 percent pay rise and sought to sideline the union in negotiations.
Bosses have now offered 3.5 percent. The offer was being considered as Socialist Worker went to press
