Leaked document shows chaos of Tory health plan

A leaked document shows how convoluted the government’s new “commissioning” procedure for healthcare will be.

It includes questions GPs will “need to answer” before deciding what sort of healthcare you need.

Eight questions are divided into a further 63 sub questions, all laid out on a nightmarish spider diagram.

Journalist David Hencke has published the leaked document on his blog.

As he points out, “By the time they have answered all these questions I suspect you might be dead.”
