The Unison union may ballot for strikes against an attack on cleaning and catering workers’ pay at Addenbrooke’s hospital in Cambridge.
A forced shift pattern change will rob 45 workers of unsociable hours pay.
In addition to these attacks, 600 workers will lose a total of £3,000 a year in paid tea breaks. Meanwhile the company has raked in millions in profits.
