Teachers at Sussex Downs College in Eastbourne struck on Thursday of last week against redundancies.
Both NUT and NASUWT union members joined the walkout.
They say they could strike again before the summer—and UCU union members there are balloting for strikes too.
Management wants to “restructure” jobs at the college.
They say that “many roles will change and some posts will have to be lost”.
Cuts in hours and wages in some roles could force even more workers to leave their jobs.
