Tyne & Wear train cleaners' strikes planned this weekend

Tyne & Wear cleaners were set to strike over pay on Friday of this week.

Transpennine Express cleaners working for Carlisle Cleaning and Support Services were set to strike on Saturday to defend pay and conditions.

They plan to hold an overtime and rest day working ban for six days from Monday of next week.
