Lobby to defend farm workers

Workers in the Unite union lobbied parliament on Monday of this week as the government ended its consultation into scrapping the Agricultural Wages Board.
This could see pay and conditions nosedive for more than 150,000 workers. Unite is considering legal action after the consultation was rushed through in four weeks.
